Classic oven toasted garlic bread
Your choice of the following mains:
AngusPure prime rib cooked to medium.
Resting on roasted garlic potato mash, wilted spinach, red wine jus & béarnaise sauce.
Crispy skinned chicken breast with puy lentils.
Served with potato and leek croquettes, baby vegetables, finished with bacon consommé.
Vegetable stack of zucchini feta fritters served with pumpkin puree, fondant potato, wilted spinach and roasted vine tomato. Finished with a beetroot dressing.
Chocolate brownie topped with chocolate sauce

Our Dinner + Show package costs $70 pp. All dinner and show tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be made without payment and must be made no later than a week in advance. Any additional food or beverages are to be paid for at the restaurant.
Dinner reservations are made relative to the show start time and restaurant chosen. Generally, times are as follows:
Wednesday Show 6.30pm; Dinner 8.30pm or 9pm
Thursday - Saturday Dinner 6pm; Show 8pm
Sunday Show 5pm; Dinner 7pm or 7.30pm
If you wish to have an earlier (Thurs - Sat) or later (Wed & Sun) dinner time, please let us know when making your booking.
