Starter to share:

Classic oven toasted garlic bread

Your choice of the following mains:

AngusPure Scotch Fillet
Resting on roasted garlic potato mash, wilted spinach, red wine jus & béarnaise sauce.

Cornfed free range chicken
Roasted chicken breast wrapped n prosciutto, cranberry and brie stuffing, kumara puree and chicken jus.

Gnocchi 
Home made potato and parmesan gnocchi with cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, spinach and sage beurre noisette.

 

Dessert:

Chocolate brownie topped with chocolate sauce

BREWER'S APPRENTICE

Your choice of a main:

Scotch fillet 
 with crumbed onion rings, rosemary butter, hand cut fat chips and red wine jus (*GF)

Slow roast chicken breast 
with chorizo, pumpkin gnocchi, parmesan and grilled corn

Monteith's Golden battered Tarakihi
with French Fries, slaw, tartare, and tomato sauce (*GF)

Herb and four cheese tortellini            with rocket, pear and honey and chili roasted walnuts.

Your choice of a dessert:

Vanilla panna cotta with raspberry soup, elderflower jelly, brandy wafer, freeze dried blueberry and baby basil.

Barista garlic bread (GF available)
with garlic butter, herbs, mozzarella & sundried tomatoes

Beef Salad
Marinated beef salad on greens with fresh pear, almonds, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese puffs (not GF) and finished with a bacon mayonnaise.

Chicken Salad (GF) (DF)
with greens, toasted spiced pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes, avocado, mangoes and a black vinegar, honey, ginger and sesame dressing

BBQ chicken linguine (GF available)
Chicken breast pieces in a spice rub, with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a cream reduction

Capsicum Schnitzel (GF)
Stuffed with haloumi in a golden crumb, with a raw salad of beetroot, carrot, chia seeds and apple.

Salmon Fillet (GF)
with a Niçoise salad potatoes, beans, olives, tomato, egg, and a classic Niçoise dressing

Scotch Fillet (GF) 
cooked to your liking, with duck fat baby potatoes, Café de Paris butter, and red wine jus

PLUS a free regular coffee or tea with your meal.

Payment

Our Dinner + Show package costs $75 pp. All dinner and show tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be made without payment and must be made no later than a week in advance. Any additional food or beverages are to be paid for at the restaurant.

Times

Dinner reservations are made relative to the show start time and restaurant chosen. Generally, times are as follows:

Wednesday  Show 6.30pm; Dinner 8.30pm or 9pm
Thursday - Saturday  Dinner 6pm; Show 8pm
Sunday  Show 5pm;  Dinner 7pm or 7.30pm

If you wish to have an earlier (Thurs - Sat) or later (Wed & Sun) dinner time, please let us know when making your booking.
