TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our general conditions of sale are as follows:

• All mobile devices must be switched off in the auditorium.

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, and to edit our programme when necessary.

• We reserve the right of admission.

• Latecomers are not guaranteed admission.

• Recording devices may not be brought into the auditorium.

• Identification is required, when asked, if taking advantage of our concession prices.

Exchanges & Refunds

Any tickets for exchange must be returned to Centrepoint Theatre at least one day prior to the performance date. Under no circumstances will tickets be exchanged after the performance date.

Any request to change an existing subscription or transfer tickets gives Centrepoint Theatre the authority to change the location of the seats. Every effort will be made to reallocate the seats within the patron's guidelines but seat location cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees and the Fair Trading Act.
